 Goal 1:



Determine Transferable Skills and Determine “Best Fit” with Current and Future Eisai Positions



Characteristic



Description



Specific



Construct a comprehensive list of transferable skills that includes work, community and organizational skill sets over the past 25 years. This list will be used to complete resumes for a future career change within Eisai.



Measurable



The list needs to have specifics that support, validate and prove the skill.



Attainable



This is possible because I have all the information organized and ready to be used for this project.



Realistic



Transferable skills are necessary to attain my future career change within Eisai.



Timed



Complete by November 30, 2008. Update progress during Field Contact with District Mgr.

 Goal 2:



Business and Industry Acumen Project-Six Sigma Project for Sales


Effectiveness or What our Customers Value



Characteristic



Description



Specific



First determine which project is most feasible. Then, get sales peers to work on this project. Utilize Six Sigma Format to determine best practices and report results in a White Paper format for Eisai management.



Measurable



Project uses data collection, Pareto/Fishbone diagrams, statistics, etc.



Attainable



This is possible because I can partner with sales peers that are motivated to be more effective and currently have peers that want to work on this project.



Realistic



Eight months allows enough time to work with peers, do the data collection, analyze it and report the results.



Timed



Complete Project by December 19, 2008- Update District Manager at the end of each month.

 Goal 3:



Complete steps to Masters in Business Administration through next fiscal year 2008-2009.



Characteristic



Description



Specific



Complete the next four terms of study with a 3.0 cumulative average or above grade. (04/01/2008 – 04/30/09). This has been part of my long-term development since 2006.



Measurable



This will be validated by the report card given at the end of the four terms.



Attainable



Goal is possible because the first two terms have successfully been completed with a 3.66 cumulative average.



Realistic



The first three terms have validated my ability to complete this goal and be effective in my role as a Senior Sales Specialist.



Timed



Complete by March 31, 2009. Update progress with District Manager on Field Contacts. Graduation occurring in September 2009.
